Everything will be worked out ahead of time, so you will have a stress free event.
You will have direct contact numbers for the musician or band leader.
We will pre-inspect your selected location for layout, electrical, and acoustic variables and will have planned accordingly.
We will arrive early, a minimum of an hour and a half before your event, for set-up and sound check, so everything will be ready when your event starts and your guests arrive.
We are self contained and will provide the sound equipment. This equipment typically provides an appropriate level of sound for up to a hundred plus guests, and is included in the price of the performance.
